We are engaged in manufacturing ETP (effluent treatment plant) which is based on superior technology and is user friendly. With the presence of abundant industry, there is increment of compounds of heavy metals and synthesized organic compounds into water causing its pollution. It is adding some 10,000 new organic compounds each year. Further, with the technological changes taking place in manufacturing process has resulted into more addition of compounds discharge. Conventional waste water treatment process is not efficient to treat the polluted water. Operation: Our ETP based on the aerobic respiration method, consists of three stages primary treatment, secondary bio-treatment and tertiary treatment. The effluent water is passed through various processes such as chemical dosing, aeration and settling, the final treatment filtration cum absorption taken place by filters. Finally the processed water goes to advance treatment and we get usable water used further for irrigation and purposes. |

These are set up for the treatment of the Effluent waste that is produced by canteens, residential colonies etc. These involve collection, primary treatment, biological treatment and tertiary treatment to make it recyclable. We design the biological treatment plants based on proven extended aeration technology which is either based on suspended growth or attached growth as in the case of Fluidized Aerobic Bioreactor and Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film reactor. The selection of technology is based on capacity of plant, the operating staff at site and the investment capacity. |

The UASBR Effuluent treatment plant uses the Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) treatment concept whereby a dense blanket of granular anaerobic biomass is employed to bring about the conversion of organic compounds that are passed through the sludge blanket on a continuous basis. |

Ultrafilteration system is a cross flow (Tangential Flow) filtration process, which removes particles, colloids, bacteria & progeny from water. UF membranes are available ins spiral wound as well as in Hollow Fiber. It is available 10,000 Daltons to 3,00,000 Daltons. NMWL (Nominal molecular weight limit) Ultrafilteration system removes bacteria as well as progeny (10000 Daltons) from DM water, which is used for washing, solution preparation and much other application for pharmaceutical industries. Ultrafilteration system requires skid, centrifugal monoblock pump and necessary piping for permeate, reject of the membrane. |
